I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

How long are sessions?

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. For the initial intake appointment, we may schedule a slightly longer 75-minute session to ensure we have enough time to discuss your history and goals.
